The moment I've been waiting for all winter is finally here! The flowers are thriving! I love Gerber daisies and I'm so excited that so many are coming up this year. It's been great to look out my window every morning and see so many things springing up.
These daffodils were a great surprise last year. We didn't know that there were bulbs in the dirt in our front yard until they started sprouting. They produced a whole bunch of flowers last year and were fun to have in vases in the house. We're hoping that this year there will be just as many.
Last, but not least, is this calla lily. We planted it last year and it got really pretty lilies on it and then it looked like it was rotting at the base and dying. So we pulled it out. I guess the bulbs were down there still because it came back up this year and looks better than ever. We're still awaiting flowers.

Your flowers look fantastic! I can't wait to get back to Germany and see if our tulips are popping out of the ground! I hope someday we can live in Arizona! I love springtime!
Wow they look beautiful! I bet the smell is great too. I just want to read a good book outside on a sping day and watch the flowers grow. I'm silly. Our flowers are coming up too but yours look better. Oh and thank you so much for watching my girls. I hope your arm is feeling better.
The flowers are gorgeous! I love Gerber Daisies too! So good to see how you and your husband are doing. It is fun to stay in touch this way! King Henry times seems like forever ago, thanks for contacting me :)
That is so funny that you mention golfing because Rich said on his Birthday that he wanted to go golfing. Lets plan on a date for us to go.
