We left Utah and headed north to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
We knew we were getting closer when we passed this....
and this....
Keith's aunt hosted us in her beautiful home.
We enjoyed stretching and running around in the backyard before having an amazing pasta dinner.
Grant was so cute when he first saw the horse and their little white dog.
He said to Keith's aunt, "You have a horse! And a lamb!"
Ha ha ha! He totally thought their little white dog standing on the grass in the backyard was a little lamb.
That gave us all a good laugh!
Dinner time! Oh, it hit the spot!
After dinner we went to town square to see the sights.
As you can see, Brett cannot make a normal face for the camera. Lately we're just lucky to get him in the picture! :)
The next day we went to Jenny Lake.
The water was so clear! Oh, it was beautiful!
The Grand Tetons hover in the distance.
There was plenty of time spent rock throwing.
One of the highlights of the trip was hopping aboard one of the boats and taking it across the lake and to a beautiful hike up to a waterfall.

We were amazed at this fungus stuff growing in the lush green landscape. We poked at it and it fell apart.
That night Keith's aunt was so generous and babysat Camille while we took the boys to a chuck wagon dinner with entertainment. It was so fun! Grant especially loved it.
On our final day we took the kids to the river to try our hand at fishing. The fish weren't biting, but the boys had fun trying.
Camille spent her time throwing rocks into the river.
After fishing and a delicious hamburger lunch, we took the whole family golfing.

Long ago, before Keith and I were married, he taught golf there for two summers. The clubhouse and course have been re-done since then, but the view's the same.
We started with a great view of the Grand Tetons from the driving range.
The boys got warmed up before we teed off.
Camille practiced a little too.
Camille kept busy for a while putting the tees in the little tee spots on the dash.
These beautiful pots of flowers were hanging on the bathroom buildings.
They looked so perfect that I thought maybe they were fake, but they are very real.
I guess I'm just not used to seeing lush pots of perfect flowers in the middle of the summer, since everything here in the hot desert is hanging on by a thread right now.

We made it through golf. It was really fun. We headed back to Keith's aunt's house for another delicious dinner and then went to bed so we could head off to another part of our adventure.
