On Friday night we were invited by our friends Shari & Rich to the symphony to see "The Piano Men." It was the music of Elton John and Billy Joel. Jim Witter and his band were accompanied by the Phoenix Symphony. Jim Witter sang all the songs (and sounded a lot like Elton John), while facts and trivia from the 70's was projected onto a screen behind them. Our favorite part was when they did The Crocodile Rock and he got 8 people from the audience to do the "Nah..........na, na, na, na, na.... part.
Afterwards, we went to get gelato from the only place to get great gelato (that we've found yet). Thanks to Shari & Rich for a fun night out!
