There's something about baking bread that I just love.I love the smell of the wheat right after I grind it.
I love kneading it one last time by hand before rolling it and placing it in the pan.
And then that first warm slice....
slathered with butter!

okay so now you even grind your own wheat... please i am so not mormon i just buy my bread.. but yours sounds so much better.
I don't bake bread all the time. It's really only good for sandwiches for a day or two and then it's good for toast. It tends to crumble after a couple days. But it does taste better than store bought.
I love homemade bread as well, but I just love bread in general, so I don't know if that is such a great thing.
