So I'm a couple weeks into my 2nd trimester and I've been feeling mostly good. Not sick any more (hooray), just feeling the aches and pains that come with a growing belly. I've been walking almost every morning and that has been such a nice start to the day. The past couple days I've been so full of energy. So this morning when Keith asked me what I was going to do for the day, I said, "I'm going to pretend to be Cinderella." And then I listed off all of the things that I was going to do around the house. But as soon as I was done eating breakfast I hit a wall. I was so tired! I slept on the couch for a couple hours while Grant ran wild. During Grant's nap time I did get the bathrooms clean and the sheets and towels washed. And then I called it quits. I spent the rest of the day playing with Grant, and trying to take it as easy as I could. I kept looking at the clock and couldn't wait for Grant's bed time. I was so ready to be done for the day. And now he's sleeping. Sigh. He really is so much fun. We have quite the fun time together every day. He is also soooooooo full of energy. He loves to rough house, which is hard for me to do lately. He also loves to have me toss him balls so he can hit them with his baseball bat. I can handle that.
Here's to a peaceful night, and an early bed time. Night, night.

Hahaha this reminds me of when I was prego with Brock! You deserve a nap woman! And I gotta hand it to you for even tossing a ball to Grant because I would just put a movie on and make Navy watch movies all day cuz I was too tired to move! I hope you are going to feel better soon! Call me if you need a break and Grant can come play!
Congrats on baby #2!! With my second baby I was ALWAYS tired too. Poor Carter ran around wild all the time..ha ha!! Hope you feel better soon. And no worries, take it easy, growing a baby is lots of work :o)
