Okay, here's the baby's room (previously our office). I don't have a fancy schmancy camera so the lighting in these pictures is not the best, but it's not terrible. We are thinking about getting a new camera before the baby is born. Nothing super fancy, because I really don't think I'd take the time to learn how to use it. But our camera is not performing as well as it used to. Maybe being jostled around in a golf bag for a month didn't help? Hmmmmm.... Do you have a nice camera, that isn't super fancy, that you like? I need suggestions.
On with the pictures!
Window valance idea from here.
Inspiration for how to make this simple bed skirt came from here. It was so easy. And it's just put on with Velcro. Genius!
Inside that big empty blue frame will be the first letter of whatever name we choose for our little bambino. I'm just going to paint it on a big piece of art paper.
I love my diaper bag. I searched high and low online for this baby. For some reason it was sold out everywhere except here. Now it's back in stock in lots of other places for a little bit cheaper, but whatever. I have it. It's packed. And I like it a lot. I was a little nervous about ordering it online, but it had great reviews. It turned out to be just what I was looking for. Hooray!

Courtney, I love your nursery, you're so talented! I'll have to look into getting a diaper bag like that too, I need a new one. ;) We can't wait to see pictures of your new baby boy when he decides to come. Oh, and if you need camera recommendations I could help you with that, or you can ask Michael, I helped him decide what camera to buy so he knows how to pick one. ;)
Looks like baby #2 will have a great room. We can't wait to see pictures of the little guy and then seem him in about a month! We love any Canon camera - they take great pictures and are so easy to upload onto your computer. Emily got a Canon for her birthday I think it was less than $100 and she gets some great pics too.
it looks so great, courtney! soothing and calm and manly. :) i especially love the window treatments.
Really cute. I love the flags and the bed skirt. I still love those owls too:).
oh my how did you ever find the energy? I wish I lived closer so you could show me some of your talent...
