This Week

Camille can't "do the dishes" enough lately.

Cutie-pie Tyler fell asleep on Keith's shoulder.  I'm so jealous just looking at this picture!  Ty is the best little snuggler ever!

Helping me make bread.

We like sending pics to Dad while he's at work.

The kids decided it would be fun to all get under this big box and walk around the house.  It was so funny!  They kept running into walls and furniture.  Luckily nobody got hurt when they picked up speed!  :)

This was the night of one of Grant's baseball games.  Camille fell asleep at about 5pm and didn't wake up til the next morning!  I thought for sure she would be up running around at midnight, but she must have really been tired!  Needless to say, I missed the game.

Sometimes we stop by our neighborhood's amazing rose garden on our morning jog.  This rose smelled particularly amazing yesterday morning.

This was a super easy way to decorate a pumpkin for a friend I visit teach.  I picked out the pumpkin at Sprout's and then dressed it up a bit with a simple bow and a bat that I printed from my computer.

I've been trying to master the perfect roasted chicken.  I think I got pretty close last night.  We enjoyed it with steamed chard, mashed potatoes and gravy, and homemade bread.  Our house smelled sooooo good!

Hello baby!

Halloween costumes have been strewn around the house for the past few weeks.  Today Camille was a monkey for a little while.  It's cute, but I'm ready to put them away soon and not find them laying around everywhere.

I signed up to bring a dessert to our ward's annual neighborhood fall festival tomorrow night so I whipped up these fun pumpkin cookies today.

Last night I drove the kids around a nearby neighborhood that is especially festive at Halloween time.  We oooohed and awed and the kids came home with lots of ideas of what they'd like to do to our house to make it more exciting on Halloween night.

Happy Friday!  Have a good weekend!
I'm off to a baseball game and to figure out costumes for Keith and I.  I don't think I'd fit in that monkey costume!  :)
