Projects

They started out like this...
(well, these had just been cut)
And they ended up like this...
I think they turned out really well.

Now I have 3 other projects in the works that I'll be posting soon.
One of the projects is for this handsome guy...

A few more things

Grant loves to look at the green draperies in his room.
Sporting his All Star PJ's for the first time.
Keith just happened to have the little bat.

Dad's sure do have their own style.

Cardboard Boat Races

Have you ever been to the cardboard boat races at Tempe Town Lake?
We went 2 weekends ago.
I would love to make a boat for next years race.
This boat is in a category that allows for mechanical things to make it move instead of paddling.

I thought this boat was cute. I like the bumper sticker.
It belonged to a group of girls that all wore poodle skirts for the race.

Here's another mechanical boat. It's name is Mobey Brick. It's head, arms, and legs move. There's a guy inside peddling to make it go.

"Gee whiz Grandma, it sure got hot out today!"

Grant's Blessing Pictures

Our family and some friends outside of our church building after Grant's blessing. Grant was a good boy and slept through most of that afternoon.
Snoozing in his car seat.

Grant being cute on his blessing blanket from Mom & Dad Jackson, while sporting his adorable blessing outfit from the Hurst girls.

Grant's turn for lunch. Yummy!

Sleeping on his Grandma Hurst's shoulder.

Peeking over Grandma Jackson's shoulder.
