These boys of mine

Here's a bunch of random pictures of my boys from the last couple months.
 Silly boy.
Grant took this pic of his brother.

 Monkey see, monkey do.

Grant runs so fast!  And he's really good at kicking the ball around.

Sometimes it's hard to keep up when you're 2.
 Watching a movie together.
 So strong!

 Always copying his older brother.

Thanksgiving 2013

We had my parents over for Thanksgiving Dinner.  Let's just not talk about the turkey or that I have a lot of work to do in that area.  I think I'm more of a side dish preparer person, but I am determined to work on my Turkey skills this year.  Everything else was delicious and we enjoyed having leftovers.

I made these little dixie cups into turkeys and put dinner mints in them.  Brett loved them (the mints that is).

enjoying the back yard

After our winter grass came in, we enjoyed playing in the backyard on the few sunny days we had.  It was a chilly November (2013).  Love these boys of mine!

A wedding in St. George

In November (2013) Keith and I headed up to St. George, UT (sans children) for my cousins wedding.  Doesn't she look so stunning?  Love the dress!  Love her!

We stopped by the Hoover Dam on the way home and walked half way across the "new" bridge.  It was really high!  It was nice to get away for a weekend.  Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for entertaining the little people while we were away.

Halloween 2013

Our Chicken Little at the neighborhood/ward party at the park.
 Our fireman.

Carving pumpkins.
Not too impressed by the guts.
I was impressed with this little sprouted seed that I found in one of the pumpkins.
Grant got to dress up for school.  The boys waiting for the bus to pick up Grant.  Brett is wearing his awesome brace thing.  He broke his collar bone from falling off a bed while we were in Colorado and then re-broke it a few days later after we got home.  Glad to be done with that fiasco!
My grandparents were in town for the baby blessing of my cousins little girl and they joined us for homemade pizza and trick-or-treating.  And my parents came over too.  :)
 Ready to go get candy!
Warming up by the fire after bringing in a big haul of candy.

A surprise party

After returning from our road trip in October, we set out to work on final preparations for Keith mom's 60th birthday party that we had at our house.  We had so much fun putting all the details together along with his siblings.  Everyone pitched in with their amazing talents.

All of her siblings and her parents and her children and grandchildren came for the party.  She was so happy when she walked in and saw us all there.
And then when we got to the back yard she was surprised again by a yard full of her friends.
Keith's sister did an amazing job with all of the food.  I just couldn't get enough of it all!
Here's most of the grandkids with his mom after the party.
Brett being shy with his Great Grandma.
It was a definite success and everyone had so much fun!
