I love the fried apples from Cracker Barrel. So tonight I thought they would make a nice little dessert for Keith and I. I found this recipe and gave it a try. I would give it a 6 out of 10. Part of that would be my fault. I cooked them on too high of a heat which made them turn out way too tender. I like them to still have some bite. I might try again but I think I'll be searching for another recipe. Have you ever made fried apples?
